Membership Charges for 2026-2027
Membership is open to organisations whose beneficiaries are in Oxfordshire, or organisations based in Oxfordshire wherever their beneficiaries are.
The membership year runs from 1 April to 31 March. New members joining from January onwards will receive a discount except for Associate Membership. If you sign up in March 2026, you will get 13 months of membership.
Please complete the registration form for your organisation. If projects or outlets have separate financial accounts, they will need to join OCVA individually.

2026-2027 Financial Year Prices (starts 01/04/26)
Membership fees depend on the income your organisation had in your last complete financial year.
- Type A non-profit with income less than £10,000 a year: FREE
- Type B non-profit with income £10,000 to £100,000 a year and individuals: £35
- Type C non-profit with income of more than £100,000 a year: £80
- Type D Associates Commercial and Statutory organisations - £120

You can pay via card, or request an invoice.
Data Protection
OCVA will record the information you provide on our internal contacts database. Most of the data we collect and hold relates to organisations rather than individuals. However if you register as an individual for aspects of our services, we will store certain data according to GDPR guidance 2018.
