Training details
When your work is purpose-driven, it’s easy to put your mission before your wellbeing — but over time, that could put you on the path to burnout.
This practical workshop is designed for founders, social entrepreneurs, and changemakers who want to do meaningful work without sacrificing their energy, wellbeing or health.
In this 90-minute introductory and interactive session, Certified Burnout Coach Louisa Daubney will guide you through a simple, three-part process to help you stay well, focused and fulfilled in your work:
- Notice – Learn how to recognise some of the early physical signs of burnout in yourself and others — before it escalates.
- Nourish – Discover calming, science-backed practices to support your mornings and help you start the day feeling more present, grounded and focused.
- Nurture – Choose one small, powerful habit to protect your energy, and learn how to gently build it into your routine — even when life is busy.
Who is this workshop for?
This session is for you if you’re a:
- Social purpose founder
- Mission-led professional
- Changemaker
Whether you’re feeling close to burnout, overwhelmed by the day-to-day, or simply ready to carve out time to look after yourself on a more regular basis, this session will help you build a more sustainable approach to how you can support your wellbeing at work.
Please note
This workshop will provide general science-backed wellbeing strategies to help build emotional resilience and is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological support. If you're experiencing burnout symptoms or mental health concerns, we encourage you to seek appropriate professional help from your GP or a qualified healthcare provider.
What will I learn?
By the end of the session, you will:
- Know how to spot some of the early physical signs of burnout in yourself and others
- Learn three simple, science-backed practices to set yourself up for a more productive and focused day ahead
- Choose one small but impactful wellbeing habit and learn how to embed it — even on your busiest days
You don’t need to be at your best to come along — just come as you are. This will be a supportive space for reflection, connection, and small but powerful change.
