Emails and newsletters are one of the most powerful and cost-effective tools for charities to reach their audiences – whether they’re service users, supporters or volunteers. But are yours working as hard as they could be?
Join this workshop to learn:

• The behavioural nudges behind a simple, well-designed email
• How to use automation and audience segmentation to engage your mailing list members
• How often you can and should be sending your email
• Creative ideas for emails from other small organisations

Are you ready to take your email marketing to the next level?

This workshop is ideal for anyone responsible for writing marketing emails for their organisation. There is no need to be an IT expert, but basic digital confidence is required.

Trainer

Ab Brightman is an independent, dynamic trainer and co-designer working for social change. She collaborates with nonprofits, impactful organisations and the people they support to create and develop new ideas, skills and strategies.

Ab's background is rooted in digital and design methodology, and the design and delivery of training in non-formal education; a learning style that centres learning through doing, adaptability and the participant's agency. 

Cost:

£40 per person for OCVA Members

£55 per person from a charitable organisation who are not OCVA members

£70 per person from a non-charitable organisation

10 am – 1 pm. There will be a short break during the session.
