OCVA Cancellation Policy

Payment for training is due 21 days before the first date of the course. If payment has not been received by this date, OCVA reserves the right to offer your place to someone else. 

If you are not able to attend, your place may be transferred to a colleague from the same organisation. We will need to be informed ahead of the course though. 

The following charges will apply if you wish to cancel a place:

  • 0 to 15 calendar days in advance of the training – no refund will be given*
  • 16 to 21 calendar days in advance – you will be charged for 10% of the course*
  • More than 21 calendar days in advance – you will receive a full refund.

*This may be waived if OCVA is able to find someone else to take your place. However, if this is not possible, you will be liable for the full amount. In exceptional circumstances the fees may also be waived at the discretion of OCVA.
